Dawn is an expert in strategy, marketing and innovation. Her career is distinctive with a 20+ year track record of successful consulting engagements focused on solving complex business challenges. She is currently a Managing Partner of Strategic Services at Orchid Strategy Group where she ensures that all engagements help make the complexities of growth simple.
The common thread throughout Dawn’s career is helping clients achieve strategic breakthroughs by leveraging insights and technology for experiences that will engage and delight customers. She began her career at data marketing and advertising companies. She soon transitioned into innovation roles at cable and telecom firms before opening her consulting company, originally DS Consulting, which was eventually rebranded and expanded to her current role at Orchid Strategy Group. Always the entrepreneur, Dawn funded her graduate education with a research company that provided market landscape overviews to clients. She holds her BA from Emory University and MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the renowned Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Dawn is known for her pragmatic approach deeply rooted in testing and analytics for fast learning and continuous iteration. She enjoys collaborating with her clients and finding realistic strategies that will achieve their goals. Dawn enjoys travel, exercise and is trying - with little success - to learn how to play golf.
Jodi is passionate about building rewarding partnerships with clients and developing long-term relationships with her network of professionals. Her successful career, based on strong people skills, has evolved from media sales to her current role as a Managing Partner of Business Development and Account Services at Orchid Strategy Group.
Jodi’s goal is to help clients solve their business challenges by bringing the right critical thinkers to the table for every engagement. She launched her career at a multi-cultural advertising agency and later transitioned into local and national media sales for the largest broadcast companies in North America. Always known by her executive team to be a leader, Jodi was tapped to help establish an internal sales promotion agency in Chicago. Here, she led the business development efforts that made for one of the most successful offices in the country. She holds her BA from American University.

In addition to enjoying getting to know her clients both professionally and personally, Jodi also loves tennis, boxing and a good page-turner on a sandy white beach.
